We set up our Student Council in 2018. The aim of the Student Council is to help improve school life for everybody. In our first year we held elections in 1st – Sixth Class, and we had student representatives who included the views from Junior Classes as well. The council meets with the Principal and also puts forward new initiatives to their teachers.
Some of the ways we have improved school life include:
- Playground rosters
- Buddy systems in the school yard
- Buddy Benches in the Yard
- Wellbeing Wednesday initiative
